All items purchased online must be picked up no later than 14 days from date of purchase. After this period, TheFurnitureShop.ca is not responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur and your order will be considered a Final Sale . After 14 days, customers will be charged a storage fee of $5/day per piece. The furniture will be kept as payment security for any storage fees.
Items in delivery have a satisfaction guarantee until the time of delivery up to 14 days following the purchase. After this period, no credit will be given except for a delayed delivery period from the delivery service provider.
The movers must deposit the furniture in the first available dry place in the house. To assemble the furniture, the customer must pay for a "White Glove service". This service is subject to availability.
All items purchased will be delivered to your door by professional home delivery teams managed by our local partner. Our partner’s team has all the COVID-19 approved PPE. They will delivery your purchased items to the first dry room of your home with no contact.
Signature is required, team will take a picture of your purchase in the home.
